ORGANOLEPTIC TASTING:

Olaf Branco is a white wine with a clear citrus color

with intense fruitiness and floral in the mouth,

it is fresh, fullbodied

with a fruit noting

with an aftertaste in the mouth,

very good.

Mirandës Plateau - Trás-os-Montes (I.G.)

 GRAPES: 

Gouveio 25%,

Codega do Larinho 25%,

Viosinho 50% 

 WINEMAKING: 

Vinified using the most modern processes technological,

with Fermentation at controlled low temperatures (12 C) in stainless steel vats.
